We have been
presented with a soft offer from CoolBison Consulting Group Corp
VIA---------------------------------------------- for Light Crude from Saudi
Arabia. It is our desire to enter into a 12 month. contract with rolls and extensions up
to 60 months.
Currently we are not
members of Saudi Aramco as required to request the purchase of _______BBLS of
Light Crude from Saudi Arabia through your source under the following
procedures listed below at the discount of 8%/10%
off Dubai Platts on a CIF ASWP Basis.
1. Letter of Request for Crude
Oil (will be viewed and or accepted by source directly).
2. Final contract issued, returned and
lodged
3. Seller will authorize the release of 2
forms of current past performance documentation. These include: Allocation code of crude done
bank to bank in exchange for SWIFT-ing of RWA via MT799.
4. BG placement via MT760 of 1.5 months’
shipment value for 14 month duration.
5. 2% Performance bond is issued and POP
documents are presented.
Further confirmation of crude in delivery
is given by the source after MT760 is confirmed.
6. Delivery according to contract schedule
CIF /ASWP.

The BG is to be under 758 verbiage
total value of 1.5 months is based past year +60 days Dubai plats high average.

The BG is not discounted @ 10/8%
·
BG is issued from a top 50 prime bank.
The given document is
a legal basis for transferring by the Buyer the acceptance of terms and
parameters of the prepared Contract, is an integral part of the future Contract
and is valid for seven (7) days after the date above.
This Letter of
Request for Light Crude from Saudi Arabia is being issued freely under the
letterhead of my company as instructed through Musafer Petroleum, LLC/CoolBison
Consulting Group Corp
